Terms and Conditions

• All guests are required to adhere to the dress code specified for the outlet, as displayed on the outlet page. Melco Group reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who does not comply with the dress code.
• The guest in the name of whom the reservation is made must be 18 years old or above. Reservations are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to not hold your table for more than 15 minutes past your reservation time. Guests should arrive promptly to ensure their reservation.
• If any guests have any food allergies, please inform our staff during the reservation process by inserting a comment/special request in the special note field.
• Melco Group may, from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the outlet, suspend the operation of the outlet or any part thereof, and/or restrict the number of persons having access to the outlet, due to capacity, inclement weather, special events, for safety, security or order, maintenance or other operational reasons, or if Melco Group considers that the circumstances so require.
• Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. Melco Group is not responsible for any losses, damages, expenses, and causes of action, injuries or death sustained at the outlet or in connection with this booking.
• Melco Group reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
• All matters and disputes, including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, will be subject to the final decision of Melco Group.
• The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.
• Other terms and conditions may apply and will be provided upon request.
