Melco Style Membership Terms & Conditions:

  1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These terms and conditions (“T&C”) govern the membership of the MELCO Style Program (“MELCO Style”).
  2. MELCO STYLE: MELCO Style is a hospitality loyalty program of Melco Resorts (Macau) Limited and its affiliates (“Melco”). These T&C and MELCO Style may be varied, suspended, or cancelled by Melco from time to time at its sole discretion.
  3. ELIGIBILITY: 
    1. All duly registered Melco Club members are automatically eligible for membership of MELCO Style (the “Membership”).
    2. Membership to MELCO Style is also open to individuals aged 18 years or above who are approved by Melco. 
    3. Only one membership per person is allowed and membership is free. 
    4. Membership is not open to corporate entities, associations or other legal entities.
    5. Current employees of Melco, its parent company, affiliates and subsidiaries (“Employees”) are eligible to participate in MELCO Style as set forth in these T&C, but are subject to certain exceptions as follows:
      1. Employees are not eligible to enter or win any contests, lucky draws or similar activity awarding prizes that may be conducted within MELCO Style; and
      2. All members of Melco’s senior management, as well as Melco’s Employees that handled and/or handle the creation and operation of MELCO Style are not eligible to participate in the program.
  4. MELCO STYLE MEMBERSHIP:
    1. Membership for eligible individuals who are not automatically enrolled is applied for through MELCO Style kiosks, counters, online or by paper application.
    2. If Membership application is accepted, the individuals become a member of MELCO Style (“Member”) and a physical or digital card may be issued to the Member (the “Card”).
    3. A Card for the Membership may be issued to all duly active registered members of the Melco Club.
    4. Melco reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, renounce or reject any membership application for any reason.
    5. Members may at any time end their Membership in MELCO Style by informing Melco of such intention through MELCO Style kiosks, counters, online or by paper application.
  5. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE T&C: By signing up to MELCO Style Membership, accepting the Card or using any MELCO Style benefits or complimentary services, you are requesting to become a Member of MELCO Style and agreeing to accept and abide by these T&C. As a Member of MELCO Style you are deemed to have accepted these T&C and you agree to abide by all rules and conditions as published and amended by Melco from time to time and shall accept as final and binding the decisions of Melco.
  6. BENEFITS & COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES:
    1. Members will be entitled to certain benefits and can redeem such benefits, within certain Melco properties and at authorized participating retailers, as determined from time to time by Melco, in its sole discretion.
    2. Complimentary services, if any, are extended at the discretion of Melco.
    3. Benefits are not redeemable for cash.
    4. Benefits will only be redeemed via a valid Card or if Membership is in good standing.
    5. The Membership and its associated benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, unless otherwise indicated.
  7. PROMOTIONS AND CAMPAIGNS: From time to time Melco and the retailers at Melco properties may run promotional/campaign offers for Members, at Melco’s discretion. These campaign details will have their own terms and conditions and time frame of use.
  8. CHALLENGES: Any challenge by Members regarding the Benefits must be made within 24 hours from the date the Benefits are used and Melco’s determination on the matter shall be final and binding.
  9. NON-ASSIGNMENT: The Membership, the Card and any benefits granted by the Membership are non-assignable and non-transferrable and may only be used by the Member.
  10. CANCELLATION: If benefits are not used or redeemed within [12 months] of award, any such benefits will be forfeited and cancelled. Shorter period for cancellation may be determined in the relevant benefits’ T&C, at Melco’s sole discretion.
  11. PERSONAL INFORMATION:
    1. You should provide true and updated personal information for the purposes of the Membership. Any change of your personal details (identification or passport details, postal / email address, contact telephone numbers, etc.) should be communicated to the Melco. Melco is not responsible for any loss due to the outdated or incorrect information.
    2. You acknowledge and agree with the following:
      1. Once your membership account is activated, Melco collects all Personal Data that you provide in relation to you (or to any other individual you are representing) or in any way related with your use of MELCO Style (“Your Personal Data”). This may include name, address, birth date, telephone number, and email address etc. as well as any information related with your MELCO Style benefits and transactions.
      2. Melco may share Your Personal Data with its affiliates or to any agent, contractor, service provider, professional adviser or other third party who provides telecommunications, computer, management or administration services or any other services to Melco or its affiliates for marketing, for loyalty program fulfillment purposes, for management of the Membership, and to be able to provide you with a more personalized experience.
      3. Your Personal Data and any other personal data provided by you will be used and processed to manage MELCO Style, for marketing purposes, for compliance and any other legitimate purposes as may be required, authorized or permitted by the applicable laws.
    3. By becoming a Member of MELCO Style, you confirm that you authorize the collection, use, storage, transfer, disclosure, communication and processing, automatically or mechanically of any of Your Personal Data as herein stated or contemplated. 
    4. You acknowledge and agree that the transfers hereby authorized may constitute an international transfer of personal data from a jurisdiction to another jurisdiction(s) and that the different jurisdictions where the recipients are located or incorporated may have different data privacy laws and protections. 
    5. Melco takes reasonable care, insofar as reasonably possible, to keep your personal information secure, but in the absence of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Melco, Melco itself will not be liable in relation thereto, including for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any of Your Personal Data you provide as a result of your Membership. Melco shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever in respect of any act or omission by or on behalf of third-party service providers (or their affiliates, officers, employees, representatives or service providers).
  12. MISCELLANEOUS:
    1. Melco reserves the right, with or without notice, to terminate an individual’s membership, namely (but not exclusively) if a Member breaches these T&C; attempts to obtain points or benefits by providing false information or in any other improper or abusive way; behaves improperly while on any Melco properties; or otherwise is deemed unfit to be a Member by Melco. Upon termination of membership, any benefits or promotions shall be considered expired and shall be forfeited.
    2. Melco reserves the right to cancel MELCO Style at any time, in which case Melco shall provide the Member a reasonable period of time to redeem existing benefits.
    3. Melco reserves the right, at Melco’s sole discretion, to change, modify, add, amend or remove any part of these T&C from time to time and it is your responsibility to check these T&C from time to time for changes.
    4. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Melco and its service providers disclaim any and all liability and/or warranties whatsoever of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to your MELCO Style Membership. Melco and its service providers are not liable, whether in contract (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise, out of or in connection with the T&C, Your Personal Data (in the care of Melco only) or the acts or omissions of any service provider for any direct, special, incidental, indirect or consequential loss, damages or compensation of any kind, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity that result.
    5. You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us and our agents, officers, directors, employees and suppliers, service providers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these T&C or improper use of your Membership.
    6. If any clause of these T&C shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that clause shall be deemed severable from the T&C and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of these T&C which shall continue to have full force and effect.
    7. If you breach these T&C and Melco takes no action we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in other situations where you are in breach. No waiver by us should be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any clause of these T&C.
    8. The English version of these T&C shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
    9. These T&C shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Macau. The Macau Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of these T&C or your Membership of MELCO Style.

  1. Discount at selected Melco restaurants

    • Dining discounts are applicable to tables with a maximum of 12 persons.

    • The Spa Upgrade Offer is only applicable to 60-minute or 90-minute body massage. purchased at original price at Isala Spa at Grand Hyatt, Zensa Spa in Studio City and at Altira Spa in Altira. 
    • Spa Treatments must be reserved in advance, and the Spa Upgrade Offer must be quoted at the time of reservation. 
    • Spa Upgrade Offer cannot be used in conjunction with vouchers or any other offers or promotions.
  5. Studio City Waterpark ticket buy 3 get 1 free
    • This offer is valid during the operating dates of Studio City Water Park (“Water Park”). 
    • This offer is subject to availability. It is not applicable on all weekends (July and August) and dark days.
    • This offer is only available to Melco Style members and is only applicable for the Water Park on the purchase of Water Park Standard Tickets (“Tickets”). Each Melco Style member can only use this offer once per day. 
    • Melco Style members must present their Melco Style membership card at Studio City Water Park Box Office on East Wing Level 3 as a form of verification to utilize this offer. 
    • No cancellation or amendment is allowed once the transaction is confirmed. 
    • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. This offer is not redeemable for cash or other items; not transferable or exchangeable; not resalable; and cannot be used for partial redemption.
    • Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. Studio City is not responsible for any losses, damages, expenses, and causes of action, injuries or death sustained at the Water Park.
    • Studio City Water Park terms and conditions apply, including without limitation the Water Park Conditions of Entry. 
    • Studio City may, from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Water Park, close the Water Park or any part thereof and/or restrict the number of persons having access to the Water Park, due to capacity, inclement weather, special events, for safety, security or order, maintenance or other operational reasons, or if Studio City considers that the circumstances so require. 
    • Studio City reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or withdraw this offer, at any time without prior notice. 
    • All matters and disputes, including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, will be subject to the final decision of Studio City. 
    • In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  6. Concert Pre-sale Privilege

  7. Birthday Perks 
    • Members entitles birthday perks if member stays in any hotel under Melco Resort Entertainment Limited, within his/her birthday period. Final decision subject to Hotel Front Desk operation. 
    • Birthday perks required pre-notification from member 3 days (72 hours) before check in day via any channels (contact center/email/highlight in remarks from direct channel/ OTA customer service). 
    • Birthday perks differ from time to time and are subjects to availability. 
  8. Boutique Flash Sales
    • Applicable to designated shop only.

  15. Priority entry to new shop

    • Each Melco Style Member is only eligible to redeem 2(two) drink vouchers in single day.

    • In case of any dispute, Club MOP and Melco Group reserves the rights of final decision.

    • Each Melco Style Member is only eligible to enjoy one drink coupon(Free drink coupon will not be available on every Saturday)
